Healthy Snacks With Ape Snacks

As you all know I lost 4.5 stone with slimming world. I've put a bit of that back on as I've been totally off plan. I'm doing my best with trying to get back on track and my main downfall at the moment is Snacks.

Ape Snacks got in touch and asked me to try there range of coconut Snacks. I'm a massive fan of anything that has coconut in. Moreish bite-sized pieces of coconut that pack as much punch in taste as they do in texture, Ape Snacks brings some excitement to healthy snacking – with no monkey business!

I really wasn't sure what to expect as I've never had anything like this before. I love fresh coconut but never has it seasoned. Ape Snacks is available in two variants – Crispy Coconut Curls and Crunchy Coconut Bites.  All nibbles are gluten free, sugar free and high in fibre.

I absolutely loved the bites they was little bites of heaven, the chia seed was my favourite but I think they have become my new favourite thing. I'm going hunting this week to find some more. The bites come in three flavours Natural, Chia Seed, and Sesame Seed flavours

The curls was more dried strands a bit like crisps and I added these to my porridge in the morning for a bit of flavour instead of my chocolate spread or jam. Ape Curls are available in Lightly Salted, Slightly Peppered and Salted Chocolate variant.

All natural and suitable for vegans, the Ape Snack’s range is low in calories and high in taste, so no need to compromise! Whether you’re looking for a post-gym or lunchtime nibble, you can eat well with delectable Ape Snacks.

Ape’s coconut snacks are available from Boots, Ocado, Whole Foods, Planet Organic, Amazon and Holland & Barrett, amongst other leading retailers. RSP for the Crunchy Coconut Bites is between £1.49 and £1.68 for 30g standing pouch, and between £0.89 and £1.19 or a 20g bag of Crispy Coconut Curls.
