Hedgehog Cupcakes

Ingredients for the cakes

110g (4oz) butter or margarine
110g (4oz) caster sugar
2 medium size eggs
110g (4oz) self-raising flour - sieved
2 tsp of lemon flavouring 

Icing sugar
Mixed Cadburys buttons
Bear paw shapes 
Raisins for eyes 

Preheat the oven at gas mark 4. Mix the butter, sugar and lemon flavouring  until fluffy. Add the two eggs and add the flour bit by bit until its a smooth batter. We added some crushed up mixed buttons to the batter. 

Add mixture in to cake cakes and cook for 12-15 minutes.

Once cool add the butter and icing sugar together until you have a paste, add melted milk chordate buttons . Add the icing to the cakes and decorate with mixed buttons, bear paw feet and cherries for a nose.
