DW Fitness Trick Or Treat Challenge - Week 2


I signed up to do the DW Fitness Trick or Treat challenge so thee next thirteen days will be chock-full of gruelling challenges and virtuous treats, which are emailed to me everyday check out how I got on for my first week last week here.



Day 7 

This day was a lovely treat, which was even better as I didn't have to cook either.




Day 8 

Another another Treat, which was a delicious smoothie. Banana, peanut butter and coconut.





Day 9 

I'm didn't like today's trick - sob 





Day 10 

So glad it was a treat and I've been trying so hard to hit 10,000 steps, not done too bad. 




Day 11 

Another trick.





Day 12


Today was another trick, this one wasn't too bad. 




Day 13 


I don't have any ears, but a mask will do... I did it!
