Cardboard Dream House Ocean Finance

A few weeks ago we was sent a cardboard house to decorate for Ocean Finances competition, check it out here

We had so many ideas on how to design the house, Gingerbread house, an Elf house with lots of toadstools painted on and a Halloween house. We decided to go with a Halloween haunted house as its now October and we all love Halloween as a family.

The house itself is a very sturdy house and it slotted in very easy and was great to paint. The kids really enjoyed painting and decorating their haunted house and was full of spooky ideas.

Th kids painted and carefully chalked on the design of the house making it creepy as possible. They added spider webs and plastic spiders in the window and door.

A hanging Skeleton on the corner of the house. In the other window is a homemade eggbox bat with huge fangs.

We added some lanterns and a ghost at the front of the house ready for some trick or treaters.

Along with some pumpkin lights for some lighting. The kids had real fun making and playing in the house, it's been decided that are are both sleeping in it tomorrow after school.

  1. That's so cool it looks amazing I love toys where imagination and creativity are encouraged!

  2. It looks great. It must have been fun to paint the house and getting them involved in a DIY project. I love the idea.

  3. In many cases, the sticker price for the finance options are often based on longer term loans to make the monthly charges more attractive. Read More Here
