If some of you follow my Instagram and read my blog you will know that yesterday was my son's first Holy Communion. The day itself was so special. I'm really not religious myself, not that I don't believe in God, it's something I've never really been around or brought up with. This was one of the reasons I wanted to my kids to have a faith. A special strength I can give them then they can decide themselves what path to take with it. It's been fantastic to share and be on this journey with him though it all. I'm so proud I could burst.
Jacques Vert got in touch with some gorgeous lace pieces, I'm a huge fan of lace and I'm glad it back. The selection of lace dresses available are stunning, I think there is every colour you could imagine.
I went for a mint green sweetheart lace layered dress to keep it simple and bright, without being to brash.
This ladylike dress features a gorgeous shift shape with cascading layers of luxurious corded lace.
In the beautiful eau de nil shade, with a flattering pleated waistband and exquisite scalloped edging for a smart finish.
It has a zip with the back and capped sleeves. Which are great for covering up the tops of your arms.
The shoes are from Marks & Spencer, Nail polish is Nails inc ( little miss splendid ) & the newer jewellery is Thomas Sabo.
