This is my only pudding so far that I have made in the slow cooker and it smells and tastes divine. I normally buy the tins for the kids for a quick pudding but they have enjoyed this one so more.
250ml of Pudding rice
2 pints of milk ( I used skimmed milk)
2 tablespoons of sugar ( I used brown sugar)
Tablespoon of butter
Tablespoon of vanilla essence
Add all the ingredients in the slow cooker, give it a mix round, leave on low for around 3/3.5 hours. Give in a quick stir every 30/40 minutes.
