When it Rains Made Lemonade With A Lime Twist.

One of our ideas on the bucket list is to make our own lemonade. Both the kids do enjoy a fizzy drink when allowed, which isn't very often so this was a treat. You can add more lime or other fruits if you prefer. I only used these as there was a packet with a mixture of both lemon and lime in.

What you will need :

Three lemons
One lime
1 litre of value sparking water
6oz of caster sugar.

First I look the peel off the lemons and the lime. I chopped them up, taking out the pips. Added them in the the food blender, along with the sugar and half of the water. Blended until there is no chunks left then sieve the mixture in to a jug.  We have a blender that separates the pulp bit, so you do have to keep pouring the mixture out and adding more water to it to get all the juice out.

Chill then serve.
