Equip+ Waterless Wash Review

I'm a huge fan of wipes in general as I have a huge thing about flannels, sponges & cloths hanging around growing bacteria on them. My other half thinks I'm crazy when I have so many packs of wipes that do different things plastered everywhere. I like the cleanness of wipes when you wipe and bin, no nasty germs.

I was very excited to try a new range called Equip+  I had never heard of the brand before! They kindly send me some products to review. All the the products in the range are PH balanced & dermatologically tested. They also are all made so you don't need to use water so a waterless wash.

Equip+ Wash Mitts

Equip+ Protective wipes

Equip+ Oversized wipes

Equip+ Waterless shampoo cap

I will start off with the Equip+ Wash Mitts, these are individual spun lace mitts, which come in a pack of four. These are really big and super thick material. Perfect for festivals, hospital stays, gym, long flights or even camping. The scent is really mild and because they are big they cover a good amount of area. I felt refreshed and clean after using them.

RRP -£2.29

Equip+ Protective wipes 6-in-1 formulation for your most private places, cleansing, moisturising, anti-itch, barrier protection, deodorising & soothing. A mild coconut and Canadian willow herb to soothe skin. These are quite thick and large wipe, they have a bit of lather in them when used, but absorb really quick. The scent is again is really mild but with a hint of cleanness. Come in a pack of 24 wipes.

RRP - £3.00

Equip+ Oversized wipes - These was my favourite out of the lot, these wipes are massive at over 30cm long. The thickness is just the right size and they are cleansing, moisturising & deodorising. Complete with aloe Vera and bananja nut for soothing the skin. I loved the hint of Aloe Vera left on the skin after they had dried.  Come in a pack of 24 wipes.

Equip+ Oversized wipe on the right and normal wipe on the left.

RRP - £3

Equip+ Waterless shampoo cap the cap contains shampoo and conditioner can be used hot or cold.  The cap can also be microwaved so it is nice and warm - simply pop the unopened pack into the microwave (750W) for 10 - 15 seconds (check temperature before using - microwave times vary). All you do is put the wet cap on massage in to hair then towel dry and style. I will be honest and I really wasn't keen on this product. The smell reminds me of washing up liquid and it left my hair a bit sticky after use. Again its perfect for festival use, maybe a hospital operation or camping if you need to freshen up and can't properly washing your hair.

RRP- £3.69

Overall I was very happy with the Equip+ range. I would personally buy all the products again if I was ever on the way to a festival etc.

The brand is launching with Sainsbury's and Tesco on August 1st

Equip+ have very kindly given me a set to give away to my readers. All you need to do is fill in the form below. Please see terms and conditions listed in the form.

  14. I'd use them when I go to stay with my Mum, because the adaptations she's had made to her bathroom because of her disabilities make it very difficult for a tall able bodied person to take a bath or shower

  17. I hadn't heard of these until the shampoo one was in my mum's paper this week. Having chronic dizzy spells means it's often hard to wash my hair so I'd especially like to try that one. Wipes are brilliant! :)
