So I've I've had Nutella and peanut butter in the cupboard for a while so i thought we could make some cupcakes with them this week to use them up.
110g (4oz) butter or margarine
110g (4oz) caster sugar
2 medium size eggs
110g (4oz) self-raising flour - sieved
50g (2oz) cocoa powder - sieved
4 spoons of Nutella
2 spoons of peanut butter
For the icing we cheated and used a Betty Crocker icing which has been in the cupboard too for ages.
Preheat the oven at gas mark 4. Mix the butter, sugar and cocoa powder until fluffy. Add the two eggs and add the flour bit by bit until its a smooth batter. Add the Nutella and peanut butter.
Add mixture in to cake cakes and cook for 12-15 minutes.
