Deep Freeze Cold Patch Review

Since my operation and me not exercising my back seems to have got really bad again. I don't think it helps that I'm tossing and turning every night either so it doesn't gets chance to rest. It not helping  that I'm overweight either. This week I've started my exercising again and for the past few weeks I've been using Deep freeze patches.

The patch works by cooling the area. Cooling therapy is recommended by sports physiotherapists to reduce pain. I liked how the patch is thin so it can be applied then you can just pop a T-shirt over and no one will tell you have it on. Its applied directing to the skin which is really effective, it works fast and is long lasting. It contains menthol, aloe vera and water in a hydrogel layer which slowly evaporates to produce prolonged cooling relief for up to three hours. These have really helped when the days my back has been really sore, by lunchtime the aches had near enough gone. The menthol is really cooling and refreshing, you can really feel it working.

Deep Freeze Cold Patch is also can be used safely when breastfeeding and during pregnancy too.

RRP is £1.55 for a single patch and £5.10 for a pack of four patches.
