I've not coloured my hair for around 8 months as I've been trying to grow the red out of it. So I was really thrilled to receive a L'Oreal casting cream gloss though the post in dark chocolate from BzzAgent. My hair has been very limp and dry lately so I thought this would be a great pick me up for my hair. I choose the dark colour hoping it will cover most the red.
In my kit was an instruction leaflet, the L'Oreal casting cream and some money off vouchers. Loved the bright pink box it come in, cheered my morning up.
First instruction on the leaflet was a 48hr allergy test. Apply a bit of the solution behind your ear, this is important as you could be allergic to one of the ingredients.
The instructions was clear to read straight forward. After mixing the colour and solution together I wet my hair and towel dried. I have never had to wet my hair before to colour it, so this was new to me. Due to this my other half struggled to see where he had already put the solution. The solution smelt very nice and not very strong like some hair dyes. After twenty minutes I washed out and added the conditioner. After washing I towel dry them hair-dried.
My hair felt instantly smooth and glossy. Its much darker than my original hair colour and looks like I just stepped out from salon. The kit was super easy to use and didn't leave dye marks all over your head.
Apart from the gloves being super small, I defiantly would buy a casting cream again in the future.
