I've embarked on a detox eating plan for the next two weeks. So I'm going to share a few of my recipes. Today I did a quick pop all it foil and let it cook chicken dish.
What I used for the dish
Squeeze of lemon juice
I covered the chicken breast with lemon juice, black pepper, basil and parsley. Then I chopped the red pepper, yellow pepper & onion. I added them on and around the chicken breast them folded the foil like a little parcel.
I cooked on gas mark four for 30 minutes. Along with chicken I added some lemon basmati rice.
