Easy Bake Chocolate Concrete

6oz plain flour
5oz sugar
5oz margarine
4oz cocoa powder

Mix all the dry ingredients into one bowl.

Gently melt the margarine in a saucepan then pour into dry ingredients mix in then use your fingers to rub together mix until it goes crumbly.                                            

Pour into a tin lined with greaseproof paper or spread a little butter around the edges and push down with your hands until level solid.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and mark out slice with a knife. Sprinkle the top with a little sugar.

Then add pink custard.I cheated and used a tin and added pink food colouring.
