Almond & White Chocolate Chip Biscuits.

 

What you will need:

2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
8oz plain flour
6oz margarine
4oz caster sugar
3oz ground almonds
2oz white chocolate chips

Preheat oven on gas mark 4 .

Add the sugar, margarine and vanilla essence together in a bowl. Add the eggs and ground almonds to the mixture. Bit by bit add the flour till its all gone and its a dough mixture.  Mix in the chocolate chips with your hands.

Add a bit of flour to the side and roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut out the shapes and pop on a tray with greaseproof paper. Cook on gas mark 4 for 15 minutes until golden.
