Aloe Vera Juice Drinks From TAJ Foods

One of my main problems is I don't drink enough fluid, one of my main intakes is tea with milk and sweeteners which I know isn't great for me. I was very exited to try out some new
Aloe vera drinks - from TAJ Foods -  I've heard the benefits from drinking Aloe Vera based things so I was very eager to try these out. The juices come in six flavours, original, strawberry, lychee, mango, passonfruit, cranberry & pomegranate

Aloe Vera contains a multitude of vitamins including A, C, E, folic acid, B1, B2, B3, B6 and is one of the few plants that contains vitamin B12, which helps with brain and nervous system function.

It is also mineral-rich, containing calcium, magnesium, zinc, chromium, selenium, sodium, iron, and potassium, as well as being packed with amino and fatty acids - all helpful in beating indigestion. Packed with Natural nutrients it has great benefits for your body inside and out.

I got sent two bottles of the popular juice one strawberry and one original. The packaging is pretty eye catching and the bottles are a standard size so can fit into handbags, gym bags etc.

I tried the strawberry one first and it was pretty subtle and not overpowering like I thought it was gonna be I was a bit shocked when I found out there was pulp in it which feels a bit like jelly. I'm a fan of pulp juices so it was ok for me to drink I just thought it was gonna be smooth. The original one is the one I liked best, it had a lovely flavour which was really nice and fresh. I was a bit more upbeat after drinking the juices which makes a difference than my sleepy tea. The kids both had a taste and enjoyed them too, they both liked the strawberry one. Overall if I saw them again in my supermarket I would definitely buy them. Its a nice alternative as a drink to keep me going all day.
