I wanted to post an update on the matter, after the post I was contacted by Schwarzoff that mentioned they had received my email and sent a pack out for me to fill in. I'm still shocked they don't reply with a quick email but hey ho. I was more upset with there customer commutation as I've been a customer for quite a few years.
A few days later I got another pack which had in a questionnaire and I had to cut about30 strains of hair for them to test then send it all off.
About 12 days later I receive a letter and parcel.
'' Dear Ms Holmes
Thank you for completing our questionnaire , following your recent application of live shake it up.
Please be assured that all our products are ex naively tested to ensure that they are suitable for the purpose they have been designed.
However, we are concerned to learn of your disappointment on this occasion and can certainly appreciate any inconvenience caused.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, allow me to reassure you that we will be monitoring this situation closely, this kind of constructive feedback from our consumers assists us in improving our products and I will make sure that the relevant people within Schwarzkopf & Henkel are made aware of your experience''
I was surprised when I looked inside the parcel it was filled with complimentary vouchers and some yummy products!
I've always loved the XXL range and been happy with it for many years! Think I will still stick to the normal box hair dye though, the foam is defo not for me!
